Dear wife of John, mum of Gill and Chris, nanny Pam of Jack and Tripp.
A service to celebrate Pam's life will take place at Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby on Monday 22nd December at 2.30pm. No black to be worn during the service if possible.
Family flowers only please. Pam requested you bring a potted plant with you to the service to be then taken home and planted in Pam's memory.
Donations may be left after the service for Alzheimer's Society.
